Objective

Gather feedback from sellers on features or parts of Seller Center.

Step Description Image
 1 The rating link (named, e.g. “Rate this feature”) is added into new features or updated pages, to gather seller feedback on them. There is no possibility for administrator to manage these links.
 2  After Seller clicks on the link (for example “Rate this feature”) the survey is shown.

  • Seller can answer the survey multiple times
  • The survey (including questions and options) is translatable
3  The answers can be downloaded in Settings -> Survey Manager

  • Each feature has own survey created
