Cancellation Fees

 Objective

Sellers will face penalties for cancellations. This penalty can be calculated using various percentages depending on the period when the cancellation was incurred and its source.

Critical Knowledge

  • Promised shipping time is sent by OMS.
  • Extended shipping time is calculated as a number of days added to the previous promised time.
  • If you want to enable Cancellation Fees, please raise a TMLSD ticket. The parameter that needs to be enabled is core:fees/cancellation

Usage

  • Go to Administration > Settings > Order processing
  • Set up the “Number of days for Extended promised shipping time”

Check the list with all possible fees per customer or Seller in a specific time range.

It’s possible to set:

  1.  “Commission multiplier”: the coefficient on which the commission that is set for this order item will be multiplied if the order is canceled. If it set to 0 (zero), no fee will be applied.
  2. “Minimum value”: the absolute minimum value that will be applied if the order has been canceled. If it is set to 0 (zero), the final fee will be defined only by the multiplier (1).
