Operational Score

Objective

As a venture we want are currently calculating an operational score to rate the seller performance especially for his order processing. As this KPI is currently not calculatable in Seller Center due to parameters, which are very venture specific or not available within Seller Center, this KPI needs to be set manually by an administrator.

 

Setup

Venture administrators are able to set the Operation Score for each seller individually

1 Go to Administration > Seller > Seler Management edit the wanted seller

Change the setting for Operational Score

Allowed input are (decimal) numbers between 0 and 100, for example 85,6

4 This setting can be imported like any other settings via the Seller Management Overview

Audit Log

All changes to the settings either via the website of Seller Center or via a setting import get logged within the Audit Log for the event “settings_change“.

Seller Rating

The Operational Score which gets provided by the Venture can also be used as a KPI in order to calculate the Seller Score.

 1  Under Administration > Seller > Seller Rating the KPI can be managed
 2  Select the KPI for “Operational Score” as a KPI, which should be used for Seller Rating and move it to the “Selected”-area.
 3  Once selected there will be red highlights in place, which indicate the areas for the KPI range and weight also need to be updated
4  In the tab for “KPI Range Setup” it is possible to configure the different tiers this KPI has, e.g. when the performance is good or excellent.
5 In the tab for “KPI Weight Setup” it is possible to configure the weight between all KPIs to which their number influences the final Seller Rating score. For more information on Seller Rating, please refer to this page.

Transaction Rule Engine

As this Operational Score can be used as a KPI within Seller Rating, it is possible to use this KPI also within the TRE context to trigger transactions.

The parameter, which is available is within the seller context is called “seller.kpi.operationalScore”. This number will include the configured value on seller level.  Best usage is for condition, to define, when a certain transaction should be triggered. On these events shipped, delivered, canceled, returned, failed, first day of the month the attribute for operational score can be used.
