Multiple products exist multiple times in Seller Center, which means that there can be multiple product pages for the same product on a Venture’s frontend website.
The objective of the Master Products feature is to enable Sellers that sell the same product to share the same master template content.
Venture admins create master templates.
Sellers create products that can be linked to the master templates.
Sellers create products that can be transformed into master templates by Venture admins during the quality control stage. This automatically creates a master product that the Seller’s product is linked to.
Critical Knowledge
Only admins can create master templates.
Master templates created by admins are automatically approved.
Admins can create variations for master templates. Like with normal products, the product’s other content stays the same.
Sellers can link their product variations to master template variations.
