Customizable Help Section

Objective

Seller Center already provides some documentation on the usage of Seller Center in its help sections, like the API documentation, or, for backend users, the admin guide.

While most Shop admins want to provide more information on the features or usage of Seller Center, the platforms to do so are either missing or only available via some CMS blocks within the Footer. Content Teams already provides a large amount of training material that also follows the Shop style guideline on the Shop’s own homepage (which Seller Center should link to).

Setup

There are multiple additional help sections in place that can be added by the country admin. All additional menu items must be URLs.

In order to set up any of these fields, please get in contact with the service desk team via TMLSD so that the corresponding link can be configured correctly.
