Product Synchronization Status

Product Status

Seller Center is the master system for product management. Therefore, all changes need to be done via Seller Center.

There are several preconditions in place before a product can be sent to the Shop backend system, and then be available in the Shop itself.

As a general rule, if the product has a green tick, it means that it is synced with the Shop system and is able to be purchased.

products1If a red “X” is displayed, there are several reasons for why there might be issues.

When the tick or cross is clicked, a list displays why a product is (not) visible.

products3A green tick with a small exclamation mark means that the product (content) has been edited, but the previous version is still available for customers to purchase.
