Tag Manager

Objective

Provide Admins with the ability to group order items, products or Sellers using tags to monitor them. Furthermore, Tag Manager functions as an extension to Smart Seller Manager and allows the management of exceptions (e.g. removing entities from being affected by actions) and the automatic grouping of entities for action execution.

Setup

Critical Knowledge
In order to activate the feature, please create a ticket in TMLSD. The configuration that needs to be enabled is tag_manager / enabled.

Set up Tags

Step Description Image

Create a new Tag To Create a new Tag select Add New Tag and allow for the modal window to open
Configure Tag Fill the form for Tag creation

  1. Provide a Tag Name that is short and summarises the purpose of the tag (e.g. Late Fulfilment, Counterfeit Products,…)
  2. Define which Entity the Tag should be available for. One tag can only be assigned to one entity type (Order items, Products, Sellers)
  3. Set a Tag Expiry (in hours) if you want to limit how long an entity remains tagged. For example a Tag with an expiry of 24hrs is removed from the entity it is assigned to 24hrs after it has been assigned to it. The expiry time can not be changed after the tag is configured.
  4. A description can be added to further describe the purpose of the tag (this is only shown to admins)
  5. Save the tag – it is now available for the entity type you selected
Delete a Tag In order to delete a Tag simply select Delete in the action column. The Tag  will be removed from all entities it is assigned to and will disappear from the table
Edit a Tag  In order to Edit a Tag select Edit in the action column, you will be able to change only the Tag Name and the Description
