Admin Products Auto-Approval

Objective

  • When admin are creating or updating products, they should not control the quality of their product afterwards.
  • This feature allow an auto-quality control approval for each product created or updated by an admin user.
    Critical Knowledge

    • By default, the feature is inactive.
    • Once enabled, all product creations or changes are automatically approved and synced to the Shop backend system.


    Global Setup

    • Go to Administration > Settings
    • Scroll to the group “Quality Control”
    • Go to the setting “No Quality Control for Products Created/Updated by Venture *”
      • If the feature is set to “Active,” all product creations or changes made by admins will be automatically approved and synced to the Shop backend system.
      • If the feature is set to “Inactive,” all product creations or changes made by admins will go to status “Pending” in quality control (depending on Seller and category settings).

    • Within this feature, the following roles are considered admin:
      • Admin
      • Backend – Product QC
      • Backend – Support
      • Backend – Seller Setup
